What 9 out of 10 recruiters just don’t know.

One million more people used Indeed over Monster in December 2010.   This is the sixth month in a row.  It is not a fluke, it is a trend. Have you started to adjust your recruitment marketing to react to this news?  Every day we talk to recruiters and I continue to be surprised that this is news.  Nine out of ten recruiters didn’t know this is going on in our marketplace.  It is time to really revisit your recruitment marketing mix.  The innovators are doing this right now. 

Maybe your jobs get scooped up by Indeed for free and you feel like you are covered.  Guess what, there is more than just letting them grab your jobs for free.  Have you figured out how to hit the accelerator and sponsor jobs?
