I have had some time to digest last week’s ERE Expo 2011. The HireClix team really enjoyed the great conversations we had with a number of the attendees and exhibitors. Companies are ready for a change in the sourcing and recruiting paradigm. Many of the exhibitors brought with them a message of innovation and change.
