The HireClix Board of Advisors is drawn from experts and leaders in human resources, recruiting, corporate branding and digital marketing to keep us thinking about ways to innovate for our clients.
Michelle Roccia - Michelle is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Organizational Development at Winter, Wyman. Michelle Roccia is responsible for developing Winter, Wyman’s organizational and talent management strategies, including training and development programs for all levels of the organization. She also oversees the company’s human resources function and employee relations programs. Michelle has over 20 years of senior human resources experience, including in-depth knowledge of organizational development, employee relations, staffing, benefits, training, compensation and performance management. Prior to joining Winter, Wyman, Michelle was Vice President of Human Resources at Authoria. She has held similar senior HR roles at Centive, Inc., the Boston Stock Exchange and Kurzweil Applied Intelligence. Michelle is a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and attended Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Jocelyn Talbot – Jocelyn is the Vice President of Sales at RetirementJobs.com. Jocelyn has spent more than 25 years in sales management, launching and growing successful sales and customer service organizations at leading companies such as Monster.com, 3M Company, and Wang Laboratories. During her ten year tenure as Sr. Vice President of Sales at Monster.com, Talbot was the driving force behind the unprecedented growth of the Inside Sales and Government Solutions Divisions. Talbot is a frequent speaker at Business Development Forums and American Telemarketing Management Conferences.
Vicki Godfrey - Vicki Godfrey has over twenty years of General Management, Marketing and New Product experience with both large and small companies. She is a passionate brand builder, with a keen ability to gain customer insights and deliver new products and marketing programs. Vicki was most recently the CMO of Zipcar, the world’s leading car-sharing service. Prior to joining Zipcar, Vicki was responsible for Global Brand and events at Monster.com. During her tenure at Monster, she globally repositioned the Monster brand, expanding the brand definition and created integrated marketing programs to deliver consumer awareness programs worldwide. Her last brand positioning won over sixteen marketing awards, including a bronze Lion at Cannes and three Clio awards.
Prior to Monster, at Fidelity Investments, Vicki led marketing for the Stock Plan business, a new business for Fidelity that managed corporations’ Stock Plan programs, with the goal of expanding Fidelity retail accounts. At Printlife, an internet start-up, digital printing and software company, Vicki was the Corporate Officer responsible for Global Marketing and Product development. Vicki also spent nine years at Polaroid Corporation, where she held a variety of general and category management, marketing and new product roles. Vicki built and had category management responsibility for the global teen business, creating and launching the Izone camera that delivered first year revenues of $100 million and was the #1 selling camera in the world for over two years. She created the first-ever global launch including Effie – winning Global advertising. Additionally, Vicki had General Management responsibility for Polaroid’s $32 million vertical education business and was responsible for the $30 million consumer North American launch of the Captiva camera.
Vicki holds an International MBA from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) and BA, from The University of Vermont, where she graduate with distinction, cum laude and phi beta kappa.
Michael Messier - Michael is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Excelitas Technologies, a $300M+ global provider of innovative, customized optoelectronics. He is responsible for developing the company’s global human resources strategy and leading core initiatives that attract, engage, retain and develop a strong global team to support future growth.
Michael has a long and accomplished HR career, with more than 25 years of human resources leadership in the high-technology, software, internet, and telecommunications industries. As an innovator who has demonstrated success in aligning the mission of HR with the mission of the business, he has served in senior leadership roles as Vice President, Global Human Resources at Starent Networks (now Cisco Systems), Vice President, Human Resources at Monster Worldwide, Vice President, Human Resources at Progress Software, Vice President, Global Human Resources at Rational Software (now IBM), and Vice President Global Human Resources at Open Market. Additionally, Michael has held senior level HR management and compensation positions at Pure/Atria Software, Stratus Computer, Agfa Compugraphic and Charles River Laboratories.
Michael holds an MBA from Rivier College, and a Bachelor of Science degree in HR Management from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. He has been a past adjunct faculty member at Bentley College.
John Kelley - John is the Executive Vice President at Alchemy Solutions. John is a seasoned marketing veteran with over 25 years of experience in Fortune 50 and start-up environments. He started his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble and subsequently held senior marketing positions at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products and Nelson Communications, Inc. He also has extensive online and mobile marketing skills, having served as SVP of Marketing for Monster.com and in executive roles for Buzzwire and Quantia Communications.
During his tenure at Imagitas, he led development of several innovative programs with the US Postal Service, including an IT initiative that improved customer service while reducing costs and driving new revenue. Today those programs reach over 40 million citizens annually. John graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in Russian and Soviet Studies.
